Hello
I am trying MONDE for the first time. Very useful.
I have already imported my shapes flies and create the modelling layers.
When I try to "Create ENVI-met model" the following message appears: "there are no Areas defined in this world, Please add Areas to COntinue".
I understand what the model wants but I have not found the way to create this areas.
Is there available a guidance of the use of MONDE?
Thank you in advance

Re: Areas definition
Hi
you need to edit the Sub area layer and add at least one area...
Not yet- there will be different options later mainly video tutorials and classes

Re: Areas definition
Hi,
as short addition: You find <SubAreas> in the table of content on the left hand side. Click on it and a button enables called Edit SubAreas. Digitize a polygon which defines your model area. You will only export the elements inside of your specfied subarea.
Best regards
Tim

Hi Tim
Thank you for your answer.
I have already tried it but the options are not available. In any case the option tha you mention "edit subareas" does not appear in "subareas".
I send attached and image. Maybe I am doing something wrong and that is not the bottom.
Thank you in advance

Hi,
Please check the attached screenshot in my previous post from Fri Nov 30, 2018 2:32 pm.
You need to click on SubAreas at the Table Of Content on the left hand side, then start editing SubAreas and define a SubArea polygon within this layer.
Best regards
Tim

Hi Tim,
Sorry to bother you again.
I couldn't able to create the Inx file. Can u please explain the process for the INX file for simulation.
Import model (Street map, Shapefile etc) - Edit - Define area - Create Envimet model. Once the file is converted using it for simulation or any other steps need to be done? Once I tried opening in space only the contour layer appeared
I have attached the file for ref
Thank you in advance

Re: Areas definition
Hi,
No problem! Tutorials are about to come next weeks!
You imported the GIS graphics. In order to export the information into ENVI-met model areas, you need to convert the GIS layers into Modelling Layers (probably Classification of the values into ENVI-met IDs is needed beforehand).
Only valid Modelling Layers will be exported. That is why there are no Layers found to export but the (empty) topography layer.
Best regards
Tim
